The September Topic - Evolution In Action

The topic for next month is "Evolution in Action." As a topic, it's therefore about breeding. Possibly sex, too, and even perhaps love - but the thrust of the topic will be about species. And competition.

And sprogs.

Posts on this topic in the runup to the September meeting will look at how the real world sees evolution, as compared to how science fiction writers look at evolution. Anyone with a religious disposition had best stop reading these posts, and look away before they catch sight of the picture of the Unhallowed Darwin.

On the journey, I'll probably delve into whatever items I can find on real world evolution and issues, as well as look at what science fiction has been written which focuses on evolved people.
