I'd appreciate some decent feedback on my leadership so far with the club.
- Have I been successful in keeping the admin bit down during the meetings?
- Have I been sufficiently diligent and thorough in the runup to meetings?
- Supplementary materials: posters and publicity. Less, more or just right?
- The meetings themselves. Have I been heavy-handed, laissez-faire, or something else during the meetings?
I just need to keep a check on things, to make sure I can continue to do the best I can to keep this club going, and to keep its presence strong.
So I'd appreciate feedback, if possible. Thanks.
